TITLE

The root of title is a Certificate of Occupancy and all purchasers will be given a Deed of Sublease.

 

SELLING PRICE AND PAYMENT PLAN

Each unit will be sold at N15o Million Naira and the payment plan is as stated below:

  • 75% Deposit on acceptance of offer for sale
  • 15% During finishing work.
  • 10% Balance payment on or before handing over of building following joint inspection of the premises by the parties.
